Stilo recognises its environmental and social responsibility. The manufacture of our components both regionally and within Switzerland as a whole is based on resource-friendly aspects. The timber comes from forests in Switzerland and Europe. Surfaces are designed with solvent-free, biodegradable paints and varnishes, real wood veneers and environmentally sustainable powder coatings and plastics. Stilo office furniture is made from solid wood, certified MDF board, recyclable plastic and metal components and can be retrofitted at any time. The electric drives for the ergonomic sit/stand desks conform to the Minergie low energy standard. Environmental protection is also incorporated in the company's intelligent shipping logistics that ensure short transport routes, reusable packaging and proper disposal of used furniture.
